1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 to ensure safety and compliance with hazardous goods regulations.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

2. Handling Time

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday - Friday) will generally be dispatched the same day.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends/Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

  • As our stock is held in a working pharmacy, dispatch times may occasionally vary during peak periods.

3. Important: Hazardous Goods Restrictions (Perfume)

Please be aware that perfumes and aftershaves are classified as "Dangerous Goods" (Flammable Liquid) under UK transport regulations.

  • Volume Limits: To comply with Royal Mail regulations, we cannot ship more than four (4) bottles of perfume in a single parcel. If you place a large order (e.g., 5+ bottles), your order may be split into two separate packages, which may arrive on different days.

  • Restricted Locations: While we strive to serve the whole UK, deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man may take slightly longer (allow an extra 48 hours) as these parcels often travel via road/ferry rather than air due to safety restrictions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed by our pharmacy team, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • You can track your parcel via the [Royal Mail Tracking Website].

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your perfume arrives damaged or leaking, please take a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging. Email this to [Your Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.

  • Lost Parcels: If your tracking has not updated for 5 working days, please contact us. We will initiate a claim with the courier and issue a replacement or refund once the courier confirms the loss.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Since we use automated label generation to speed up dispatch, we cannot always change an address once the order is placed. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee of £3.99 may apply.
