We want you to be delighted with your Verset Parfum. However, as perfumes are classified as cosmetic items, we have a strict return policy to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers.

1. Returns (Change of Mind)

You have the right to cancel your order and return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is completely unopened. The cellophane wrapper (if applicable) and the factory seal must be intact.

  • The item has not been sprayed or tested.

  • The packaging is in its original, resaleable condition.

Important: For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns on any perfume that has been opened, unsealed, or sprayed, even once. These items cannot be resold and will be disposed of.

2. How to Arrange a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email [Your Email Address] within 14 days of delivery with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: We will review your request and provide you with the Return Address (this is our pharmacy partner's fulfillment center).

  3. Packing: Please pack the item securely. You must declare the item as "Perfume" at the Post Office, as it is a restricted good.

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 48), as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or is the wrong product, please do not return it immediately.

  1. Take clear photos of the damage/leak and the packaging label.

  2. Email the photos to [Your Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will review the evidence and arrange for a free replacement or a full refund without you needing to post the broken glass back to us.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our pharmacy team:

  • Approved: If the item is sealed and pristine, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

  • Rejected: If the item has been opened, used, or damaged by you, no refund will be issued. You may choose to have the item returned to you at your own cost.

5. "Try Before You Buy" Advice

We strongly recommend purchasing a 15ml Tester Bottle before committing to a larger 100ml bottle if you are unsure about a scent. This prevents the disappointment of buying a full-sized bottle that you cannot return once opened.
